What is pre pinching?
Pre pinching is edge forming operation where the both side edges of raw material are preformed to a required radius before inserting it into the rolling machine.
A work piece can also be rolled without performing edge bending however the shape after rolling will not be perfectly round.
We offer a full range of a rolling machine where a work piece can be pre bend and rolled in the same machine.
Our manufacturing range also include rolling only machine where pre bending is done outside the machine by hammering or by performing pre bending in a press machine.
What is planetary axis?
The Planetary axis also called as a swing arm movement type machine where in the roller moves in radial path to form pre bending operation.
Usually, the diameter that can be rolled is much tighter compared to machine with linear moment of bottom rolls.
What is Fix axis?
“The Fix axis term means the bottom roll axis is fixed with the machine body and the top roll moves vertically up and down for pressing the work piece followed by rolling”.
What is Variable Axis?
In this type of machine, the bottom roll and top roll axis can vary from minimum to maximum position as per design.
Why to use roller bearing?
In conventional machine, non ferrous bushes are used as a roller support which tends to wear out since there is positive friction between roller shaft and bush which ultimately creates huge play between the two surfaces and that affects the quality of output.
Since we use roller bearing there is no direct relative movement between roller and bearing and hence no damage to the rollers. The bearings do not need any lubrication since they are dully fitted with pre lubricated for lifetime.
